Surah Ikhlas is one of the surahs of Quran which has many benefits as we can gain rewards by reciting Surah Ikhlas. Moreover, it is also one of the four quls. بِسمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحمٰنِ الرَّحيمِ
قُلْ هُوَ ٱللَّهُ أَحَدٌ○ ٱللَّهُ ٱلصَّمَدُ○ لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُولَدْ○ وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُۥ كُفُوًا أَحَدٌۢ
“Say: He is Allah, the One and Only;Allah, the Eternal, Absolute; He begetteth not, nor is He begotten; And there is none like unto Him.”
By translation of Surah Ikhlas, we can understand the meaning of this surah clearly. However, this surah can be explained further. In the Surah Ikhlas, Hazrat Muhammad (SAWW) is addressed first and then all believers are addressed as per Maududi. In this surah, it is stated that Allah is One; surely He is the One who is the Only God. Allah is Eternal Who will always remain. He is not father of anyone plus He is a son of none. There is no one like Allah.
Surah Ikhlas is a surah which was revealed in Makkah. From ahadith, we can learn about the benefits and rewards of Surah Ikhlas. On reciting every word of Quran, we gain rewards from Allah. Likewise, on reciting Surah Ikhlas we can get great rewards too. Moreover, from following ahadith, we can clearly understand the benefits and rewards of Surah Ikhlas;
